ELM SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) -- A big cat is causing an uproar in
one Washington County community. 5NEWS reported that Elm Springs Police said
Cheryl Swartout must give up her mountain lion to the Arkansas Game and Fish
Commission or face penalties.
