Two leopards fought like the proverbial Kilkenny cats in Pangidi forest beat of Atmakuru-Nallamala tiger reserve leading to the death of the male during the past 24 hours.
The other big cat got injured in the incident. The incident took place at a stone’s throw away distance from the base camp at Pangidi.
The place of the incident is just 100 meters away from the Velugodu reservoir. Forest trackers found carcass of a six-year-old leopard near a thorny bush
