NEWSLINK: Safari has a plan but no money to implement it

The Central Zoo Authority of India (CZA) has approved the master plan for the upgrade of Ludhiana Tiger Safari. A master plan to upgrade the Safari was sent to the authority and it took six years for CZA to approve the proposal.

Although this paves the way for the acquisition of new animals and facilities, it comes at a time when the Punjab government has allocated zero budget for wildlife.
