NEWSLINK: 14yr old boy is savaged by a cheetah at South African safari park ‘that allows visitors to STROKE the killer big cats’

A kiwi boy was mauled by a cheetah after being allowed to pet the big cat – and he was only saved when his dad wrestled it to the ground.


Isaac Driver, 14, had been allowed to stroke two of the animals at a South African nature reserve.

But as he tried to walk away, a cheetah ran at him and knocked him to the ground leaving him injured.


He was only saved when his dad Dave tore into the cheetah, pinning it to the ground and holding it down at the Emdoneni Safari Park in Zululand KwaZulu-Natal province.
