The hunt for British Big Cats attracts far more newspaper column-inches than any other cryptozoological subject. There are so many of them now that we feel that they should be archived by us in some way, so we should have a go at publishing a regular round-up of the stories as they come in.

NEWSLINK: SEE IT: Indian villagers rescue leopard trapped in a well
A wild leopard has been rescued from a well by a group of Indian villagers.
The big cat had fallen into the well while looking for food in the northwestern region of Gujarat.
Its desperate cries were heard by villagers.
They decided to rescue the animal and used a rope to pull the reluctant animal out of the hole.
After several attempts, the leopard was hoisted up with a rope tied to its tail.
